About these terms
These terms cover your use of growthmatix.co.uk, which is run by Dean Vinyard trading as GrowthMatix, Ipswich, Suffolk. By using the site you agree to them. They are separate from the written agreement that applies when you hire me for work, which is provided before any project begins.
What the site is for
The site describes the services I offer and shows examples of work I have built. It is here to give you enough information to decide whether to get in touch. Nothing on it is a binding quote. Prices and timelines quoted on the site are indicative and confirmed in writing for each project.
Work shown on this site
Screenshots and links to client websites are shown with those clients' permission. The businesses, names and branding belong to them. Linking to their site does not mean I endorse everything on it, and they do not endorse this site by being listed.
Your use of the site
You can browse and share links to this site. You may not copy the design, code or written content for use elsewhere without asking. You also agree not to attempt to access parts of the site you are not meant to, interfere with how it runs, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
Accuracy and availability
I keep the site accurate and working, but I cannot promise it will be without errors or available at all times. Information may be updated or removed without notice. Nothing on the site is professional advice for your specific situation; if you need advice, contact me and we can talk it through.
Links to other sites
Where the site links to external websites, including WhatsApp and client sites, those sites have their own terms and privacy policies and I am not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
