One person. That’s the point.
I’m Dean Vinyard. I run GrowthMatix from Ipswich, and I build websites, CRM systems and automation for small businesses that want the enquiries handled, not just a site that looks tidy.
No account manager, no ticket queue. The person who quotes the job builds the job, and answers the WhatsApp afterwards. That means I only take on the work I can do properly, and it means you always know who you’re talking to.
When I’m not building, I sing. Soul, mostly, in a band and on my own. It has nothing to do with websites, except that it’s taught me a room can tell in ten seconds whether you mean it.
How a build works
Three weeks, one price, and you see it as it happens.

Tell me what the business does and what you want the site to do. You'll have a fixed price back within a day, usually the same one.
- 2Week 1
Half up front, and we start
Deposit paid, build starts. If there's no logo yet, that's the first thing you get. Then the domain, the email, the CRM behind the scenes.
- 3Weeks 1 to 3
You watch it come together
A preview link from early on, not a big reveal at the end. Change your mind about anything while it's still cheap to change.
- 4Week 3
Live, then found
Balance paid, site goes live. Then search setup: business profile, sitemap, the local pages. Then a handover where everything is put in your name.
Everything stays yours
Most people who come to me have been held hostage by someone who owned their domain or their listing. So this is written down, not implied.
- Your domain is registered to you, not to me
- Your Google Business Profile is yours, I'm just a manager on it
- Your contacts export any time, no asking
- No minimum term. Thirty days' notice ends any monthly plan
