Online shop design and build

Products, payments, delivery options and stock, on the same clean build as everything else I make. No monthly platform fee on top, no transaction cut taken by a middleman, and the shop lives on your own domain with your own customer data.

CRM, automation and business systems

The bit most web designers can't do. When a process lives in a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and someone's head, I build the system that replaces it: booking dashboards, job pipelines, automated follow-up, custom apps on a proper database.

SEO, AI search and Google Business Profile management

Being online is not the same as being found. I set up the three places a customer looks before they ring anyone: search results, AI assistants, and the map listing. Then I keep them working, month to month, if you want me to.

    Tell me what the business does and what you want the site to do. You'll have a fixed price back within a day, usually the same one.

    Half up front, and we start

    Deposit paid, build starts. If there's no logo yet, that's the first thing you get. Then the domain, the email, the CRM behind the scenes.

    Weeks 1 to 3

    You watch it come together

    A preview link from early on, not a big reveal at the end. Change your mind about anything while it's still cheap to change.

    Week 3

    Live, then found

    Balance paid, site goes live. Then search setup: business profile, sitemap, the local pages. Then a handover where everything is put in your name.
