Live bookings dashboard
Every table booking from the website on one iPad screen behind the bar.
- Staff block out a period for an event and it vanishes from the website instantly

Dean Vinyard. Web design, systems and SEO. Ipswich, Suffolk
I build websites for small businesses in Ipswich, Suffolk and across the UK, structured so search engines and AI assistants can actually read them, then wire up the CRM and automation that handles every enquiry that comes in.
Recent builds: a chimney sweep in Suffolk, a pub garden in Surrey, a photo booth in Cornwall. All built by one person, all live within a month.
Quoted up front. No hidden costs and no surprise invoices.
Not an account manager, not a ticket queue.
Your domain, your accounts, your contacts. No minimum term, 30 days’ notice.
Bigger builds take longer. I’ll tell you which yours is on the call, before you commit.
What I build
Designed and built for small businesses. Fixed price, live in about three weeks, the CRM wired in behind it.
See it on this page02Products, payments, delivery options and stock, on the same clean build. Shopify prices without the Shopify fees.
See it on this page03Booking systems, pipelines, automated follow-up and custom software when a spreadsheet stops being enough.
See it on this page04Local SEO, AI search visibility and Google Business Profile, set up with every build and managed monthly if you want.

One page, HETAS front and centre, call or WhatsApp Graham. Nothing to get in the way.
firefluesandsweeps.co.uk
A reference library of seventy-plus pages, with a journal the owner publishes herself.
eyes-wide-open.co.uk
Credentials, gallery, reviews and a quote form. Built for a father and daughter team.
cordelectrical.co.uk

mad4sports.co.uk
Magic mirror hire for weddings and events. Packages and an availability check.
snappedmirror.co.uk
Rickshaw hire for weddings and celebrations. Enquiries straight to WhatsApp.
Systems, apps and automation
Most web designers stop at the site. I build the thing behind it: the CRM, the booking system, the automation, the database. Custom software and business systems for small businesses, and every example here is live.
Every table booking from the website on one iPad screen behind the bar.
A CRM built from scratch for how they actually work, not a template bent to fit.
Incoming print jobs routed, tracked and chased without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
Every rug tracked from collection to paid, across twelve stages and three people.
Reads the club's booking emails and keeps the parents' CRM up to date on its own.
A blog on its own database, with a simple app where the owner writes and publishes.
Got a process that lives in a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and someone’s head?
WhatsApp Dean about itSEO, AI search and Google Business Profile
Three places a customer looks before they ring anyone. Local SEO, AI search visibility and Google Business Profile management, set up as part of every build and looked after month to month if you want me to.
Structured so search engines can read every page, with the right words on the right pages for the areas you cover.
Sitemaps, page titles, local landing pages, speed, the technical bits nobody sees.
People now ask ChatGPT and Google's AI who to call. Sites built the right way get cited. Most don't.
Clear structure, plain answers on the page, schema markup that tells AI what you are.
The map listing is the first thing most local customers see, and most businesses never touch it after setup.
Kept current, reviews requested and answered, posts, photos, the categories that actually match.
How a build works
Tell me what the business does and what you want the site to do. You'll have a fixed price back within a day, usually the same one.
Deposit paid, build starts. If there's no logo yet, that's the first thing you get. Then the domain, the email, the CRM behind the scenes.
A preview link from early on, not a big reveal at the end. Change your mind about anything while it's still cheap to change.
Balance paid, site goes live. Then search setup: business profile, sitemap, the local pages. Then a handover where everything is put in your name.
Most people who come to me have been held hostage by someone who owned their domain or their listing. So this is written down, not implied.

About Dean
I’m Dean Vinyard. I run GrowthMatix from Ipswich, and I build websites, CRM systems and automation for small businesses that want the enquiries handled, not just a site that looks tidy.
No account manager, no ticket queue. The person who quotes the job builds the job, and answers the WhatsApp afterwards. That means I only take on the work I can do properly, and it means you always know who you’re talking to.
When I’m not building, I sing. Soul, mostly, in a band and on my own. It has nothing to do with websites, except that it’s taught me a room can tell in ten seconds whether you mean it.
This block is intentionally left as a placeholder. Replace it with your own hero component.
What I do
One person, end to end — design, build, automate, and maintain. No handoffs, no account managers, just direct work with someone who knows your project.
Fast, modern sites built to convert.
Automate bookings, emails, and admin.
Get found by local customers in Ipswich.
Ongoing care so nothing breaks.
Let's talk about your project. No pressure, no jargon.
